Never far from the sea the Norwegians know their fish. The Norwegian Fish Finger Sandwich uses a layer of dill coated potatoes, topped with four fish fingers nested in fresh bread.

  1. Peel and dice potatoes, cook in cream and milk until tender. Season to taste
  2. Cook Fish Fingers as per pack instructions
  3. Mix dill with potatoes
  4. Toast bread and assemble sandwich
