Fish Finger and Egg Sandwich with Spinach | Birds Eye

When an English breakfast met the fish finger sandwich. We combine two classics to make this delicious fish finger sandwich.

  1. Cook Fish Fingers as per pack instructions
  2. Toast bread
  3. Place spinach in strainer, pour a little boiling water over it
  4. Mix eggs with milk and season
  5. Cook scrambled eggs adding spinach about half way through cooking
  6. Place toast on plate, top with eggs and Fish Fingers
  7. Garnish with tomato wedge
  8. Serve and Enjoy!
