Birds Eye Potato Waffle are waffly versatile and make for the perfect base for a delicious beef chilli. Combine fresh vegetables with beans in a delicious tomato sauce, and load your waffles up!
Our method
Fry off mince
Add diced onion, garlic and chilli fry until soft
Once mince has browned add tomato puree and tinned tomatoes
Add drained mixed beans
Simmer to thicken sauce up. Sprinkle in ground cumin, chilli powder and season to taste
Cook potato waffles as per pack instruction
Top waffles with chilli bean mix. Garnish with guacamole and tzatziki
sprinkle with fresh chilli and ground black pepper
