- Cook Fish Fingers as per pack instructions
- Slice and butter the bread and assemble sandwich by placing your washed lettuce on top of the fish fingers, followed by pieces of the smoked salmon. Sprinkle with dill and close the sandwich with the remaining piece of soda bread.
