Preparation

Oven Cook
Tasty when oven baked straight from the freezer.
210°C / Fan 190°C / Gas mark 7, 45 mins

- Pre-heat the oven.
- Remove fish bake from outer packaging.
- Do not remove the paper tray.
- Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
- Cook for 45 minutes.

Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
