Our battered haddock is made with 100% frozen haddock fillet and coated in a mouth-watering crispy batter. Responsibly sourced, these battered haddock fillets are not only tasty, but healthy too!

Preparation
Tastiest when OVEN BAKED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER.
- 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7, 20 - 22 mins
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
- Cook until crisp and golden.
Air Fry - From Frozen
- Pre-heat to 180ºC for 3 and a half mins
- Place product in the basket (Max. 2 haddock fillets)
- Turn over halfway through cooking
- Cook for 14-16 minutes until crisp and golden
- Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving
- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
