There’s nothing better than starting off your day with a nutritious smoothie to give you a boost in that all important vitamin C, and this super green pea smoothie will do just the trick. Throw all the ingredients into a food processor and you’ve got yourself a quick, easy and healthy breakfast to consume on the move or first thing in the morning for an energy boost!
Furthermore, this delicious smoothie is vegetarian, lactose free (without the yoghurt) and gluten free, so everyone can enjoy it. It even counts towards one of your five-a-day!
Our method
Cook the peas according to pack cooking instructions. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
