Breaded Cod with Colourful Salad Recipe

Try our delicious Birds Eye Breaded Cod coated in crunchy breadcrumbs on a bed of colourful salad. This is sure to be a fulfilling and satisfying meal!

Our method

  1. Pre heat oven 200°c, fan gas mark 7.

  2. Cook Birds Eye Breaded Cod following the cooking instructions on pack.

  3. Slice the baby gem, red onion, cucumber and tomatoes and add to the centre of the serving plate.
  4. Drizzle oil and seasoning to taste. Top the salad with the cooked Breaded Cod.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
