These Breaded Cod Fillets with Mashed Potato and Crème Fraîche Spinach are a simple and delicious quick dinner recipe. Crème fraîche adds a light yet creamy sauce to this already warming dish, making it the perfect hearty winter meal.

  1. Cook breaded cod fillet as per pack instruction
  2. Peel, dice and boil potatoes until tender
  3. Wilt spinach in a pan with a tablespoon of water, add more water if needed. Mix through 40g of the crème fraiche.
  4. Drain potatoes, mash, mix through the remaining crème fraiche and season to taste.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
