Chicken Mayo Burger and Mini Waffles

Looking for a cost-effective and simple to follow alternative to a takeaway that is equally as delicious? Look no further as we have designed this mouth-watering chicken mayo burger and mini potato waffle recipe that can be created from your freezer!

Our method

  1. (For the chicken fillet) Pre-heat the oven to 210°C, Fan 190°C, Gas mark 8
  2. Cook the fillet (as per pack instructions) for 20-24 mins
  3. (For the potato wafflesPre-heat the oven to 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7
  4. Place the mini potato waffles on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Turn over halfway through cooking. Cook for 12-15 mins (as per pack instructions), until crispy and golden yellow.
  5. Once the chicken fillet is cooked, place cheese on top of the fillet.
  6. Place the fillet in a burger bun with the mayonnaise and salad leaves. Add the cooked potato waffles to the plate. 
  7. Serve and enjoy!
