Our method

  1. Cook Peri Peri Chicken Chargrill as per pack instruction.
  2. Slice peppers and roast in oven at same time and temperature as chargrills.
  3. In a non-stick pan on the hob saute sliced onions in a teaspoon of oil.
  4. Mix yoghurt and sour cream together to make dip.
  5. Warm tortilla wrap in microwave.
  6. Cut chicken into strips place on warmed wrap with peppers and onions.
  7. Dollop on some dip and wrap into cylinder.
