Feel like a champ with this delicious Team GB inspired Green Cuisine Meat-Free cheeseburger with wasabi mayo slaw.

Our method

  1. Prepare your Green Cuisine burgers.
  2. Mix wasabi paste and vegan mayonnaise. Add the wasabi bit by bit into the mayonnaise and increase the amount until you are satisfied with the heat. Taste as you go!
  3. Make a slaw: grate red cabbage and carrots and combine with a sprinkle of sugar, salt, and wasabi mayo
