Our method
- Prepare your Green Cuisine burgers.
- Mix wasabi paste and vegan mayonnaise. Add the wasabi bit by bit into the mayonnaise and increase the amount until you are satisfied with the heat. Taste as you go!
- Make a slaw: grate red cabbage and carrots and combine with a sprinkle of sugar, salt, and wasabi mayo
