  1. In a bowl mix together all the dry ingredients and then add to the nearly cooked onions and peppers stirring to infuse the flavours.

  2. Slice the onions and peppers and add to a hot oiled pan.
  3. Heat the tortilla wrap in a dry frying pan 10 second per side.

  4. Follow the Green Cuisine Chicken-Free Nuggets cooking instructions on the back of the pack. 

  5. Lay the wrap on a plate add onion and pepper mix on top of the wrap in a line in the centre.

  6. Place the cooked Green Cuisine Chicken-Free Nuggets on top of the onions and peppers. Season to taste.

  7. Top with sour cream, roll and fold the wrap and serve.
