This Brazilian Chargrill Salad is a tasty lunch or dinner for any day of the week. This salad is bursting with tropical flavour simple to make, making it the perfect summer salad.

Our method

  1. Pre-heat oven, cook chicken grills as per pack instructions
  2. Slice avocado, tomatoes, mango and lime
  3. Make dressing using lime juice, olive oil and coriander
  4. Assemble salad on a plate with sliced chicken chargrill. Drizzle with dressing
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Tip!

  • To add some crunch to your salad, you could throw some chopped red onions or spring onions into the mix.
