Our method

  1. Preheat Oven

  2. Cook Pasta as per pack instructions

  3. Slowly cook pancetta in a non stick frying pan until golden and crisp

  4. Drain pasta. Refer to pack cooking instructions to cook the peas. Mix in the peas.

  5. Pour into oven dish add the pancetta

  6. Pour over cheese sauce, sprinkle with cheese

  7. Bake in oven for 30 mins at 200°C until golden
