Our method

  1. Wash and boil the potatoes.
  2. Clean, season and grill the skate.
  3. Refer to pack cooking instructions to cook the peas. Melt the butter in pan and gently sauté the peas and capers until slightly brown.
  4. Serve the fish and potatoes on a plate and garnish with the peas and capers.

Tip!

  • Best accompanied by a mixed salad.
