Our method

  1. Soak the couscous in 1 litre of boiling water for 45 minutes
  2. Drain the couscous well and mix with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste and serve

Tip!

  • Try adding a handful of frozen Birds Eye Peas to any salad 15 minutes before serving
