Want to boost the fibre in your meal in a simple and delicious way? Then try this delicious crunchy topping that can be sprinkled over traybakes, pasta dishes, soups, mash... so many choices! As a top tip, try swapping the Cheddar cheese for Parmesan for a stronger cheesy hit.

Our method
- Using your hands, break up the crisp breads into crumbs (not too fine) into a bowl.
- Add the cheese, parsley and olive oil, season lightly and stir until combined.
- Sprinkle over your chosen meal and tuck in. Alternatively, bake in the oven for a few minutes until crisp and the cheese has melted.
