Try our Birds Eye version of this classic Chinese takeaway dish, with natural sweetness and a warm chilli flavour to spice things up

Our method

  1. Cook the Birds Eye Chicken Dippers as per pack instructions
  2. Cook the vegetables in a pan with the oil
  3. Heat the cooked rice and add. Cook until the vegetables are done
  4. Meanwhile heat the Sweet and Sour Sauce
  5. Place the rice and vegetables on a plate, arrange the dippers on top and pour the sauce over

Tip!

  • If you prefer things sour or just for a bit of variety try lemon sauce instead of sweet & sour. Actual nutrition values (energy and fat) will vary depending on choice of non Birds Eye ingredients
