Our Hot & Spicy Chicken Grills with Fresh Lemon & Coriander Rice is the perfect weeknight dinner. The lemon and peas are rich in vitamin C, as well as adding aromatic fresh taste to this warm and filling dish.
Our method
- Pre-heat oven, cook chicken grills as per pack instructions
- Cook rice as per pack instructions
- Cook peas & sweetcorn as per pack instructions
- Mix through squeezed lemon juice and chopped coriander with the rice once cooked
- Mix peas & sweetcorn with the rice
- Serve with sliced chicken grill
Tip!
- To make your Hot & Spicy Chicken even more flavoursome, you could add a teriyaki or katsu curry sauce. For a spicier dish, try dicing a red chilli and sprinkling it on top.
