This is one of the best ways to add a bit of chicken to your BBQ. Add a touch of grated of parmesan to make it extra special.

Our method

  1. Cook the chicken as per the pack instruction.
  2. Make basil pesto by adding basil, olive oil, pine nuts, parmesan and crushed garlic into a food blender and mix until smooth.
  3. Use a spiraliser for the carrots and courgettes. Mix together with the pesto.
  4. Griddle or grill your roll. Assemble roll, serve and enjoy!
