Our Italian-inspired spaghetti Bolognese is made with the tenderest UK & Irish minced beef, tossed in a rich chopped tomato sauce with mushrooms and onion, then served on a bed of cooked spaghetti.

Preparation
Tastiest when Microwaved Straight from the Freezer.
- Pierce the film lid.
- Microwave on Full Power for: 700W: 7 1/2 mins, 800W: 7 mins, 900W: 6 1/2 mins
- Stand for 1 minute, remove film lid, stir and serve.
Caution: The tray may soften on heating and will regain rigidity on standing.
When removing the flow wrap after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.
Alternatively, oven bake.

- Pre-heat the oven. Pierce the film lid. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
- Cook for 20 mins, lift the film lid and stir. Replace the lid and cook for further 10 mins.
- Stir well and serve.
