Preparation
Tastiest When Oven Baked Straight from the Freezer
- 200ºC, Fan 200ºC, Gas Mark 7 25-28 Mins
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
- Turn over halfway through cooking.
- Cook until crisp and golden.
Alternatively Grill - From Frozen
- Medium Grill 25 Mins
- Pre-heat the grill.
- Turn over occasionally.
If serving in a bun, take care, the fish will be very hot.
