Our method

  1. Preheat Oven to 200°C

  2. Cook Pasta as per pack instruction

  3. Slowly cook pancetta/bacon in a non stick frying pan until crisp and golden

  4. Drain pasta. Refer to pack cooking instructions to cook the peas. Mix in the frozen peas with the pasta.

  5. Pour into an oven suitable dish and add the pancetta/bacon

  6. Mix the basil through the tomato sauce

  7. Pour over tomato sauce, sprinkle with the 2 cheeses mixed with the bread crumbs

  8. Bake in oven for 25 mins at 200°C until golden
