A delicious tuna melt on Birds Eye Potato Waffles, perfect for a quick lunchtime snack
Our method
- Preheat grill on medium heat.- Grill the waffles for 8-10 mins. Alternatively oven cook at 220C for 12-15 mins.
- In a bowl, mix the tuna with the creme fraiche and half of the cheese.
- Place the waffles on a grill pan, top with the tuna mixture and sliced tomato.
- Sprinkle on the rest of the cheese and place under the grill until the cheese has melted.
