We are proud of being transparent about where and how we source our fish, protecting future supplies through certified fish species, diversification of the fish we use, and by working with those who share our sense of responsibility for marine resources, habitats, and ecosystems.

We believe in fishing sustainably so that future generations can enjoy fish too and ever since we cofounded the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), in 1997, we have led the way in protecting wild fish stocks.

To reduce the pressure on wild fisheries, aquaculture – responsibly farmed fish - will have to play an increasing role within the fish industry and our business.

The Aquaculture Stewardship Council was co-founded by the WWF and is an independent, international, non-profit organisation that manages the world’s leading certification 
programme for responsible aquaculture.

 

2. We ACTIVELY CARE FOR THE OCEANS

We know that ocean health is fragile so as one of the UK’s largest Frozen Fish brand, we are doing our bit to help prevent and recycle ocean bound waste by supporting the GGGI (Global Ghost Gear Initiative).
