Our method

  1. Dice the onion and pepper and add to the sauce pan with some olive oil.

  2. Add in the tinned tomatoes and all the spices excluding the thyme and oregano.

  3. Leave in the saucepan to simmer with the onions and peppers.

  4. Meanwhile, drain the beans.

  5. Cook the beans for 5-10 mins, then add to the saucepan.

  6. Finally add in oregano and thyme and leave to simmer for 5 mins.

  7. You’re then ready to serve hot.
