Our method
- Heat the oil in a wok, add the garlic, celery and spring onions and fry for about 1 min
- Add the peppers, mushrooms and Birds Eye Edamame Beans (cook according to pack cooking instructions), fry for a couple of minutes
- Add the bean sprouts and sauces and cook for two further minutes
- Finish off with the orange zest
Tip!
- If the Birds Eye Soya Beans have given you the taste for an authentic oriental stir-fry, try also adding ½ an inch of grated ginger to really bring up the flavour
