Our method

  1. Dice onions finely and saute in butter to soften
  2. Refer to pack cooking instructions to cook the peas. Add the garden peas
  3. Dissolve stock cube in boiling water, add to the pan to simmer
  4. Pour soup in a liquidiser, blend until smooth add cream and mint at the end and blend again 
  5. Season to taste
  6. Serve up your pea and mint soup. Enjoy!
