Preparation
Tastiest when OVEN BAKED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER.
Oven cook - From Frozen
- 230°C, Fan 210°C, Gas Mark 8, 12-15 mins
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Place on a baking tray in the top part of the oven.
- Turn over halfway through cooking.
- Cook until crisp and golden.
Alternatively Grill - From Frozen
- Medium Grill 12-15 mins
- Pre-heat the grill.
- Turn over occasionally.
- Cook until crisp and golden.
To Cook in the AirFryer (minimum capacity 3.2 Litres) from Frozen:
1. Based on 4 fish fingers
2. Total Cook Time: 8minutes Preheat airfryer to 180°C for 3 minutes30 seconds.
3. Remove all packaging.
4. Place product in basket and place in air fryer.
5. Cook for 8minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
6. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot.
7. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
